Tracey Giery is the Lead REALTOR® of The Giery Team, representing home sellers and buyers since 2006. In 2014, Tracey co-founded The Giery Team with her daughter Bridgett, and together they have built a real estate team that has helped over 200 families successfully buy and sell real estate in Southern Ocean County, primarily on Long Beach Island and surrounding waterfront & residential communities. Our team specializes in vacation homes including beachfront, waterfront & luxury homes, as well as first time home buyers, and adult communities. With 17 years in the real estate industry, Tracey is a powerful and experienced negotiator for her clients. Tracey is also a member of the KW Luxury Division.
